1. Product Introduction
Aerogel is a new generation of high-efficiency and energy-saving thermal insulation material. It is a kind of solid material with nanometer porous grid structure and filled with gaseous dispersion medium in pores. It is the lightest solid in the world.

1)Flame retardant
Capable of withstanding the instantaneous impact of high-temperature energy caused by flames, controlling the spread of combustion, and thus striving for longer escape time for car drivers and passengers.
2)Heat preservation
In cold winter, aerogel has an excellent heat preservation effect on the battery cell to prevent the battery's endurance from being reduced due to the cold weather.
3)Lightweight
As the "lightest solid", aerogel can achieve the insulation,flame retardancy and heat insulation effects of the whole new energy vehicle battery pack only by a thin 1mm.
The heat insulation principle of aerogel is as follows:
heat conduction, heat convection and thermal radiation can achieve the "infinite long path" effect, "zero convection" effect and "infinite many heat blocking plate" effect respectively.
