Heating pipe
Introduction
As the sole manufacturer in China, FSPG subsidary Raypoly company owns independent intellectual property right of PE-Xc Pipe and was awarded National Torch Plan Key High-Tech Enterprises by the Ministry of Science.
The use of physical crosslinking, PE-Xc pipe has better sanitroy performance and more relible than the competing products. Annual production capability over 5000 tons.
Radiator heating is through our Raypoly PEXc pipe connecting with the radiators using a manifold-type measure to provide hot water and relies on convection of the heat to warm up the air. When the air around the radiators is heated up, its density becomes smaller and moves upward. Then the cold air below the radiators moves upward to fill the space of the hot air left under the action of pressure difference. This results in the air's natural convection. And the air is gradually heated up in motion and finally achieves the purpose of heating. Heating pipe product of FSPG including two types,
Advantage
1.Wide range of applicating temperature from -70°C to 110°C, the temperature toleration of Heating pipe from -70°C to 110°C is suitable for water transportation for sanitary ware.
2. Heating pipe has good stability and long-term pressure resistance. PE-X heating pipe has good eveness of crosslinkage and excellent theman and pressure resistance.The PE-X water pipe can withstand the water pressure brought by the water transmission。
