We have two kinds of polarizers in our 3D glasses - one is a linear polarizer, and the other is a circular polarizer.
The purpose of polarization lenses in achieving 3D effects is based on the concept of light polarization. This concept takes advantage of the fact that light has a specific "vibration direction" to break down the original image. Initially, the image is divided into two sets: vertical polarization and horizontal polarization. Subsequently, 3D glasses utilize polarizing lenses with different polarization directions, enabling the eyes to receive two sets of images, which are then combined by the brain to form a three-dimensional image.

3D Eyeglass Polarizer | Circular polarizer | 707mm*721mm 620mm*1000mm | Polarity≥99.98% Transmissivity≥42% | Adapt to REAL-D system 3D glasses | Good weather tolerance80℃*500Hr 60℃*90%RH*500Hr -30℃~80℃ |
Linear Polarizer |
The polarizer in our 3D glasses has the ability to elliptically polarize light, with a minimum polarity of 98.98% and a minimum transmissivity of 42%.
Our 3D glasses polarizers offer a comfortable wearing experience. They are constructed using thin, highly transparent materials, making them lightweight and pleasant to wear.
The 3D glasses have a wide range of uses, such as in cinemas, theme parks, museums, and other venues, where they provide an engaging and immersive 3D experience to the audience.
To summarize, the 3D Eyeglass polarizer is a crucial component for achieving top-notch and captivating 3D visual effects. It offers elliptical polarization, comfortable wearing, compatibility with different 3D display devices, durability, and versatility in its applications. This makes it a reliable choice for individuals and businesses looking to enhance their 3D viewing experience.
Polarizer structure:
The basic structure of the polarizer consists of a middle layer of PVA (polyvinyl alcohol), two layers of TAC (cellulose triacetate), a PSA film (pressure sensitive glue), a Release film (detached film), and a Protective film (protective film). Among these, the PVA layer is responsible for polarization, but it is prone to hydrolysis. To safeguard the physical properties of the polarized film, a composite layer of PVA is added on both sides of the PVA, which has high light transmittance, good water resistance, and certain mechanical strength. This composite layer forms the polarizing original plate.
